Pilot service terms

These plain-language pilot terms describe how Verified Identity and an invited customer work together while the product is being validated.

Effective 8 August 2026 · Version pilot-2026-08-08

Who provides the pilot

Verified Identity is a service of STRIPOUT LONDON LTD, company number 13654607, registered at 30 Great North Road, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, AL9 6NF.

The service

Verified Identity monitors evidence and AI recommendation responses, prepares potential improvements, records customer decisions, performs only configured and authorised actions, and remeasures outcomes. Features may change during the pilot.

No guaranteed ranking

AI systems and third-party platforms change independently. We do not guarantee inclusion, ranking, recommendation volume, sales, or a particular commercial result. Measurements are evidence snapshots, not promises.

Customer authority and accuracy

The customer must have authority over the business and connected publishing destinations. The customer is responsible for confirming that supplied evidence and approved public claims are accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.

Approval and automation

Routine monitoring and preparation may run automatically. Material public changes require the configured approval unless the customer has explicitly authorised a narrower automated class in writing. An approval applies only to the exact displayed version.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to impersonate others, fabricate evidence or reviews, publish unlawful or deceptive claims, probe systems without authority, or interfere with another customer or platform.

Payment and trust

Payment may change monitoring frequency, capacity, support, or managed work. It never buys verification, Atlas Eligibility, Dispatch priority, or a favourable recommendation result.

Pilot changes and exit

Either side may end pilot participation. On exit we will stop new automated work, preserve or delete records according to the agreed retention and legal requirements, and provide reasonable export information where applicable.

Before paid launch

Pricing, service levels, liability terms, governing law, cancellation rights, and data-processing terms will be confirmed in the signed commercial agreement after UK solicitor review. Contact info@stripoutlondon.co.uk.
